Oh, what a wonderful day!!! I got to have solids today. We stopped at AppleBee's and I had a Quesidea Burger. It is a very lean burger toasted between 2 flour tortillas. Hubby and I split one. I ate only 1/4 of my half. I can remember when I could wolf down the entire thing, plus fries and 2 glasses of tea!!!! Anyway, brought the rest of mine for later. I ate the burger at 4 p.m. and it is now 8 p.m. and still not hungry!!!!

Today was my official day for mushies. Today I had oatmeal for breakfast.
Lunch was tuna. Very, very good.
Dinner was salmon patty and half baked potato. I really think I over ate and I am a little worried. I should not ate the whole salmon patty and perhaps skipped the potato. I promise to do better tomorrow.

I was supposed to start mushies tomorrow. My daughter,son inlaw and two precious twin granddaughters were here for the week end. I decided to start mushies one day early. I had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Everything went down and stayed down. For lunch, we had chicken enchilida casserole. I put some in blender and ate a little. Everything went down and stayed down. Nothing much to post today. I was very neausea (I must learn correct spelling) all day Saturday, then ok Sunday until about 9 p.m. Monday was hell. Never did throw up. Just that awful sick feeling. Anyway, today, Tuesday everthing is fine. Even went out to a real restaurant with hubby. We went to Chineeese. I just had the sizzling rice soup and tried my best to avoid the rice. Anyway, it was a real treat.

I saw Dr. Bryce yesterday. First time since surgery(surgies!!!). Anyway, he is proud of the weight loss I have had so far. I am on the liquids until the 17th and mushies for 1 week. I thought I was going to be on mushies for 3 weeks. Dr. Bryce said they have re-thought the program and now they say mushies for 1 week. I will get real food starting on the 24th of September:clap2:. The thought is great, but, it still scares me. Will I be able to control the amounts. Mostly, I think I will.:cry...
