I have to keep a 3 day log of all the food I eat which must include a weekend along with a letter that I have to write myself. I have no idea what this letter is supposed to say. Did anyone else have to write this letter? If so what am I supposed to say... that I want the surgery. That to me seems obvious since I attended the seminar. I also wonder... if I get approved for the surgery it will be done at Wesley Long Hospital in greensboro. Has anyone used Dr. Earl? She provided us with some information during the seminar but seems to keep the questions very limited. </i></font></font><br />
