I got a fill today. I had 1cc last fill and Dr. Hamn could only pull out 0.5cc today. He said that happens. He put 0.5cc in so my total is 1.5cc. I was so suprised, unhappy, embarrassed that I had not lost any weight!! His scale is 7-8 pounds heavier than my home scale- its relative to what you weigh on I guess. His scale said 198 shoes and clothes on, mine said 191-190 naked.
Buckle down and work harder! Eat less and exercise more.
I probably need to log calories and exercise on fit...

I was feeling down about only loosing 4# in dec challenge with the sept bandsters. However- Lets look at the positive: I did not gain over christmas, never have I lost between Oct and Dec ever! I am going to have a fill next week. I have mixed emotions since I either do 100% fine or get stuck in the first 4 bites, slime and occassionally PB. I am going to only request .2-.3cc and then buckle down on my intake and increase my exercise.

Had a good week with the fill. No more golfball or PB. Am slowly getting the fact of MUST SLOW DOWN. Its worst when Im hungry and I start eating too fast. If I eat smaller meals 5 times, I dont have any trouble.

Thanksgiving is this week; Im thankful for my band!!!! I love every thing about it!!

Had my first fill. Didnt hurt just stung when they numbed it. I drank the entire 6oz of water in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully I will notice some restriction. However I have to learn to slow down when eating!!

Met several very nice people in the waiting room while the fill clinic was going.

First PB tonight- ate spaghetti too fast.

Had an entire weekend with ESA and not one problem eating!! I was careful!!

Last wed 11-9-06 had my first sliming- Pork got stuck!! Yuck- painful LONG experience.

Golfball feeling every 4-5 days if I eat too fast.
Im doing better with a group of people slowing down- still a problem at home slowing down!!
