Fired Endocrinologist last wed. She was a total bitch to me and told me I was fooling myself. When I told her I had the band and not losing as fast as I feel I should and asked if she was open to med changes- she said I told you it wouldnt work. She told me didnt matter lo carb or not cal=cal. Then criticized my exercise time of day and lack of low enough carbs. Told her you just said cal=cal doesnt matter or does it?

My hair loss has increased. Kinda scarey BUT I will take it. I will no longer complain at losing slow.... I do not have a slipped band like one of the sept bandsters has already experienced. I will go slow, do a great job and be appreciative that my band and I are getting along!!

As usual everyone was post holiday- not rembering my birthday. My family and I celebrated. Only friends: Amy and Rhonda remembered. My good friend Diane forgot me!! Now new years resolutions can start. Always have to wait until after my birthday cake!!

I made my 3 times exercise this week. my sweet tooth still a challenge. O actually noticed restriction today-finally know what everyone talking about!! :)
