Well oiled machine

I feel like a well oiled machine! Eating machine that is
. I cant seem to get my appetite under control. I am only one month in but still nothing! I am doing allot of research on the band reading allot of posts on eating habbits after the band. I am mentally preparing but dang! Having a hard time with the physical preparedness. I have phentermine pills at home, but they make me goofy as all get out. Maybe I should take them over the weekend to try to get a jump start. Any suggestions?
