I have decided that I need to keep a day to day accounting of this journey. I am struggling right now with self control. I was doing so well with my exercise for the first 2 months but then I guess I wore myself out and got frustrated that the scale wasn't moving. I know I was losing inches but I wanted to see some pounds drop away.
I had my third fill yesterday. I see a difference. I am hoping I actually lose some weight this month. I need to sit down and plan healthy low...
