Stalled but still hopeful

Hello,
I haven't posted in almost two months. I've really been struggling with the band. Mostly because I feel almost no restriction. Sometimes I totally forget I have a band. I've had 3 fills so far which puts me up to 6 ccs in my 11cc band. Now I sometimes feel a little restriction here and there but not what I'd hoped. My doctor said that because I'm one of the smaller patients that it takes more fluid to enable restriction. I'm scheduled for another fill next week and hope that it really starts working.
I'm still down about 20 pounds, gaining 2-3 and then losing it again. This has been the pattern since mid may.
Non scale victories
No diet coke in almost 3 months!
80% reduction in sugar intake.
90% reduction in alcohol intake.
I hope you all are hanging in there.
