Insurance approved The Lap band

8-6-08 I am so excited insurance approved the LAP-BAND® Surgery in one week. I started this process on May 14,2008 and it seems like all I have done is see docotrs over and over. Now I wait for the doctors office to call me and make a surgery date YEAH
