My appointment was october 26. my doctor did not give me a fill. because i lost 5lbs. but in all i have lost 100lbs. that is great. i lost 40lbs before surgery. i am so happy, can,t wait to get to onderland.i am now wearing a size 18 pants. from a size 20. i feel good.hope every one is doing great on your journey.

today i went for my 7th fill.my appointment was at 11:40 this morning.he put in 1/2cc. i gained 2lbs.their is no excuse, but i gave one anyway. which was my birthday was on the 17th so i went out to dinner an i ate me some eggplant parmesan.an my birthday cake with icecream.i knew better but i said its my birthday.he didnot give me a fill last month because i lost 14lbs.an i told him i had little restriction. this time when he did the fill i felt the liquid inside. i hope to do...

Today was my dcotors appointment. its been six months. he did not give me a fill today because. i lost 14lbs. between june-july.maybe i am at my sweet spot. i don,t know yet. but guess what i am down 95lbs. 5lbs away from the big 100lbs.so far their is no problems.i exercise five times a day on my stationary bike.the nurse said you are just shrinking away. what a nice compliment. so next month i go back to get check out again.i went from 324 to 233. wow. i love my band.....

Today i went in for my fifth fill.i had an appointment for june 15th but i postpone it due to my daughter graduation.i did not want to feel sick.because the last fill kick in the next day.an i felt nasty.anyway i went to his office at 11:00.this time he did not give me 1/2cc.he only gave me .3cc.guest he did not wanna overdo it.i still have restriction from last month but as time goes on you can fell it fade away. well not all the way.my daughter is a high school graduate.she will be going to college....
