I don't miss the dry mouth and bad breath but I really miss the ketosis cause I know it was burning fat like crazy. I lost it cause I couldn't resist that stupid chocolate cake. Think it only takes a few good days to get it back so fingers crossed that I can be good. I guess I haven't been that bad since I've been almost totally faithful to all the pre and post op diets. Well, I just found this site so I'm gonna try to catch up. I started this process on 4-28-07 at a seminar for Banner Bariatric.
