Well it sure has been a while since i have been online. Just to update everything , i have been doing pretty good had my 4th fill August 13th only a .3 cc cause i still had restriction. So i have lost around 70 pounds since surgery i have 100 or so to go. Im happy to finally be under 300 pounds it has been 6 years! Now i feel i can really go all the way with this new life style of eating and exercing. I need to exercise more then i do , its a work in progress.

WELL TODAY I GOT MY FIRST FILL AND I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO IT! SINCE MARCH 8 I HAVE LOST 24 PDS , SO IM GLAD I HAVENT GAINED BUT HAVENT LOST SINCE LIKE A WEEK AFTER SURGERY! SO ANYWAYS I GOT MY FILL A TOTAL OF 4CC'S I THINK THATS ALOT FOR THE FIRST ONE BUT IAM GLAD MY DOCTOR DID IT LIKE THAT! DR.GLASCOCK IS WONDERFUL , SO ANYWAY HE TOLD ME TO DO LIQUIDS FOR A FEW DAYS THEN WHEN I DO EAT TO MAKE SURE I CHEW CHEW CHEW , AND I WAS WORRIED CAUSE I DIDNT LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT AND HE SAID WELL YOU WILL...

Ok i got my surgery date it"s march 26th at 9am im the first patient of the day! Right now im doing the liquid diet, this is my 7th day of sugar free popsicles , jello, and slimfast creamy chocolate low carb shakes which are really good if u put 1 in the freezer a few hours b4 u drink it! Im just taking thisone day at a time to get threw not being able to eat , i know its all worth it! I want to be mentally ready for after the surgery so im glad to do the liquid diet! :biggrin2:
