I really think I need a fill. I am getting humgry every two or three hours. It stinks! I hope I do not gain weight. Bummer. I have an appointment for a fill on the 11th. I have to try and be strong with my eating choices until then.

I have had a few people ask my about the protein shakes I love so I thought I would post it here.


The BEST protein shake is Isopure Creamy Vanilla. It has 50 grams of protein with 2 scoops. I mix the Isopure with Hoods Calorie Countdown Milk that has very little carbs and adds about 16 grams of protein with two servings. I have been stalled for about 3 weeks. I also had neck surgery three weeks ago so it is understandable. I need to get back into walking soon! I am so bummed as I need some motivation! I was so strict with walking before my surgery! Now I have to get back to it although slowly. I have been at 211 for weeks!

I think that I do not want my co-workers to know that I am having this surgery. I feel like a few of them will judge and I really do not want to deal with their comments. I do not think it is something that I have to share but I need to come up with some story. I thought I would tell them that I have to have my gallbladder removed - I did have it removed some years ago before I worked at this present job.
