Hello everyone, I am in the middle of paper work for the LAP-BAND® and was wondering what all ya'll have been through. I have to keep a 3 day log of all the food I eat which must include a weekend along with a letter that I have to write myself. I have no idea what this letter is supposed to say. Did anyone else have to write this letter? If so what am I supposed to say... that I want the surgery.That to me seems obvious since I attended the seminar. I also wonder... if I get approved...
