I hate naturally skinny people!

Well holding on for the ride. I'm still battling with food choices everyday and it's so hard.

I'm pretty tight so even if it's a bad choice there isn't much of it I can get down.

I'm down to 187.5 on my scale which is roughly 2 pounds more than the surgeons so I'm almost done with the damage I did in the last few months.

5/3/07 I took the dog for a walk and I am getting ready for the doctor to get my fill. First MD apppt in over a year. Fill it baby, Fill it! Back to Liquids!!!!

I cannot do this alone. So why do I continously try. I am taking charge today and have recommitted myself to this cause!!!!

I need serious support. So talking out loud is my first step. I'm going to the doctor for a fill tomorrow, the first appt in over a year.
