Its time for change. Im SO ready for this. Im tired of being overweight....lacking energy, high blood pressure, GERD, hypertension, breathing problems... all of it.

For so long it was easier for me to deny that this was contributed to my weight......but no longer. Im tired of it. Im tired of trying every weight loss pill, fad, diet and losing a few pounds only to gain more than what I've lost in the end.

Now is the time for a permanent change.

I am 47 yr old w/f have appt. with bariatric surgeon for lapband consult on Fri. I weigh 240. I have to lose 10% before the surgery, 6-month dr. supervised weight loss program. I live in east TN.

I'm struggling with the soft food diet. I am eating way too much food. I can easily eat over a cup of food and don't feel the restrictions as I did last week. My weight loss has actually stopped and I gained 2 pounds. It's been only 15 days since my operation.

This is day 6 and I have heartburn and heart palpatations? Does anyone else have it?

Good Grief

I faced my most fear and my most want on Thurs, the 4th. I hate needles and it was really hard to go through it, but God gave me such a great peace and now I am on the road to recovery! Thanks to everyone who thought of me on Thursday! Good Luck to you all!
