Hi I was banded on 8/7/08, in Riverton ,Wyoming. So far, so good. My daughter was banded on 7/18/08,,,, so we are doing this together. We are both very excited, and look forward to getting healthy and looking and feeling better. I am glad I found this site, and can communicate with others who understand what I am going through.

Today I went for my 2nd fill and I am down 229.8 lbs from 257 lbs (yeepee!!!) I am so HAPPY with myself and I can dance. My band is doing its part and I am doing my part my watching what I eat and exercising. Will keep you updated as my journey continues.

hello everyone today i went for my last dietian class. got on the newhaven bus to go to clinic, appt was for 11:00 got their at 10:30 took ten minutes. she will fax my paperwork over to doctor,s office friday. hope to get a call next. in the mean time i lost another 12lbs for a total of 27lbs on my own so keeping my fingers cross hope to be banded this month sept.

I am so anxious. As I have said before, I hate waiting. At least this week is going by quick since we had the holiday. This weekend I will get a major thing out of the way and that is the internist surgery clearance. I will also get my last bit of labs done. I should probably call the nurse to see if they want me to do any other labs because I have a feeling that I will have low Iron and Vitamin D still. I have been taking pills but they will probably want me to get an iron infusion. I hear those...

Today started out sucky, woke up this morning feeling like crap, yesterday was bad too, had diarreaha all day and was just completely worn out, dont know how I made it through the day at work, I must have run to the bathroom 100 times!
This last weekend was the best- DH surprised me for my birthday and we flew into Fontana to go to the Nascar race. It was so incredibly fun and I was totally surprised, if for no other reason than DH went to so much work to do a great surprise that...
