In just 5 weeks, I will be in bandland! It's so hard to believe!

I've been researching the band for almost 2 years and even thought I could try to do it on my own, "one last time". I'm so tired of the yo-yo dieting! I'm tired of working hard to lose weight and then regain it all plus some when I go off the diet!

Thank God that I have been approved for this band. He is blessing me and helping me to finally start living my life in a healthy way to honor...

Excuse me while I sit her and type to myself . Once again sitting here trying to figure out what to do other than eat. I never really realized how much I eat just out of pure boredom.
I lost another pound so I am down to 211. I have 2 more pounds to lose until I get back to my pre-hurricane Ike weight. Then 30 more to get back to where I was in February. Happens to the best of us I guess. 30 pounds is better than 40 right? Heck yeah! I am really glad that the biggest loser...

Well weigh in not so bad, have lost 6 lbs. Doc is ok with that, says I am in the recovery stage not weight loss stage. Whatever that means and says a pound a week is acceptable.

It may be acceptable but I need more than that with an all liquid diet.

I told him about the cheats and he said I still have stitches inside and should not do it. And just for that I am on liquids for another 3 weeks.

Offiically four days till my Lap Band surgery on Monday, September 29 at 6:30am. I saw my doc yesterday for some paperwork signing and I have my pre-op bloodword done tomorrow. soOOOOOe Excited!!!!!!
