and I am down 23lbs. My surgeon says I am doing great. I got my first fill on on 8-13-08 and much to my amazement, it did not hurt at all. I have a realize band that holds up to 14cc's but he only gave me a fill of 3cc's. I do not fill any restrictions as of yet. I am allowed fills every 3 weeks until I reach my goal weight. After the fill, I stayed on liquids and soft foods for 2 days and back to regular foods by the 3rd day. I workout at the gym at least 3 times per week doing...
