Well its a new week .. no change in weight.. but im gonna hit the gym hard this week...thinking about asking my doctor for a fill sooner the what im suppose to .. i have heard of people having up to 14 cc to fill their band..:confused2:.. my first fill was 3cc...i know it will take more then one month to get use to ... i guess im very impatient........it is driving me crazy... but i keep think of what my doctor said..."YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF"...and i do ...

I have only told my family, my husband(of course) and my two best friends about my surgery. I don't want to tell my in laws because they know someone who has had a bad experience with lapband. I don't want them to know until I feel comfortable telling them. My husbands sister is the one I worry about the most though. I have always felt she was uncomfortable around me because I am overweight. She isn't super skinny, but she is on the thinner side of healthy. But I am worried that she will think...

welp it's today
I goto the hosp. for my lapband
at 10:30am and am scheduled for 1:30pm for the actually procedure
yesterday I ran the gambit of emotions
(how's this for nervous) I did a in case of death tape..corny I know, not to mention I bawled at the first of it...
and laughed a lot through the tears too..

I think I went through the grieving process, anger, bargaining etc etc the whole kit and caboodle over the last 4 days

Today i am ready...

so my dr's office hasnt been of any help. impretty sure i might have sleep apnea so i want to get a sleep study done cause i want o get the surgery and loose the wieght and look great for next summer but i cant get the ball rolling until my insurence aproves it. sleep apnea runs in my family big time and i have problems sleeping so im going to get it checked out. i didnt want to do this but i will i have to (one) cause i cant sleep and i feel super tired all the time and (two) cause i want lapband!!!!!...

greeting all i got banned on 05/05/08 prior to that lost 12 pounds, the day i went in for my 1st fill was 05/28/08 and learn i lost another 12. well now i get NO sign of fullness Nor resrtiction what is the deal? im eating and its like if i dont have the gutts to push the plate back ill just keep eating i have 3cc so you would think after a fill i would feel full right ?? can someone help me out here ???
