Got on scale today, was 175. Still on schedule. Bought 5 outfits over the weekend. Summer is coming and need cooler clothes. Even bought a swimsuit which I havent done in years!! A two piece one even, halterkini. Still feeling great!

I'm pretty bummed right now.

I went in for my surgery today and I was told my doctor was running an hour late (it ended up being closer to TWO hours late)and during the wait I was talking to
anesthesiologist and I mentioned how I had to be intibated while still away for my last surgery. He seemed surprised but nothing too bad. My IV's were in place, I'd been given the shot in my belly for blood clots and the anethesiolgist gave me one to "dry up mucus"...I'm still...

It is hard to believe that 30 years ago I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I got married at the tender age of 18. But wait! I am NOT THAT OLD!!! I was only 10 when I got married!!! LOL!!! J/K

What I really want to post on my blog is the letter I got from BCBS today. It seems as though the the ins. coodinator for the surgeon already applied for my lap band, before things were sent in such as evals. Now my ins. company wants the two evals, a copy of a sleep...

Today is Day 6 of my post-op diet. I've been doing well & I'm already down 16 lbs from surgery date!

I scheduled four days of relaxation to de-stress before my surgery. My husband & I flew to San Diego and two days later, I received a call that my grandmother (favorite person in the world!) passed away. So, two days later, I had surgery in Mexicali, Mexico. Well its a new week .. no change in weight.. but im gonna hit the gym hard this week...thinking about asking my doctor for a fill sooner the what im suppose to .. i have heard of people having up to 14 cc to fill their band..:confused2:.. my first fill was 3cc...i know it will take more then one month to get use to ... i guess im very impatient........it is driving me crazy... but i keep think of what my doctor said..."YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF"...and i do ...
