Ive started my training for the Triathlon. Feels good to have a focus.

Weight loss stalled. Haven't lost for the last week. I think it is because it has been hot here and I have been reaching for the juice. To many calories.

I've been tired lately too. Perhaps because of the increased exercise. I think I will be hitting the pillow early tonight.

Posted 06-26-2008 at 06:29 PM by kc hoping

I am not sure if I should be counting cal., carbs., or both. I have lost about 13 lbs. I walk about 3 times a week because the other days I work 12 hr shifts. Hopefully my second fill which...

:biggrin2: Finally - I made the decision to get banded. Tomorrow I make the appointment and start the entire process. I have been heavy all my life and it is time I reverse the damage that I have done to the glorious body God gave me. Please add me to your prayer list.

Giving up multiple Vices all at one time?

Posted 06-26-2008 at 05:43 PM by Ollie123
I was injured in a car accident 3 years ago and due to the chronic neck pain I was taking Hydrocodone for 3 years daily. I actually took them during the day to get me through the long hours at the office along with muscle relaxers. Thank goodness my Cervical Fusion in March relieved the pain, pressure and dull ache I woke to everyday. I was finally able to eliminate the fog the medication caused and haven't had to take either medication for over two months.

Prior to my LB surgery I...
