A friend bought a drink mix called Zip Fizz and gave me a few packets to flavor my disgusting vanilla protein drinks. I was sitting at my desk at work and put water, protein powder, and Zip Fizz in my shaker cup, gave it a dozen shakes, then started to unscrew the top. My pink drink fizzed out all over my hand and the carpet. Gee, I wonder if that's why they call it Zip FIZZ? The drink that was left tasted OK, but I still prefer Special K powder drink mix as an "additive" for flavor....

I rescheduled the training sessions I will miss while on jury duty. I going to have a few late nights and a chunk out of a Saturday but Im happy not to be missing the time in the gym. I do feel better/happier while I am working out. My trainer was not available for the night workouts so Im giving another a try.

ok there is a serious problem. my husband doesnt agree with me having any weight loss surgery and he sure doesnt agree with me thinking about going to allow Dr. A in mexico to perform the procedure. we have went on and on and on about this. i have to have his approval because he has to help pay for the loan that i am going to try and get!

I am two weeks post op, and I have lost 12 lbs, and I have bee on liquids for 15 days, what is everyone getting to eat in the next "musshy" stage? My dos is very strict.

So today was my first post-op visit. I'm down 12 pounds. I know that's not as much as some have lost their first two weeks, but for me - THAT'S AWESOME. I've dropped from 267 to 255.

I've learned a few things:

1. One really can get tired of the taste of chocolate. I would never have figured it, but it has happened.
2. I don't like puree. It doesn't matter what it is. I don't like it. So... I'll have mashed taters, and the like, but ah... puree is just...
