Man am I tired. I have caught all the feral cats outside today. I have two to take to the clinic tomorrow to be fixed and I will pick up the 8 they already have. I'm very excited about having them all fixed, NO MORE BABY KITTENS. I have had these feral cats around for probably 20 years, they come and the go. I just can't take care of them any longer. I found a place here in town that will do the spade and neutering for 15.00 per cat. Thats really not that bad. I really excited. One less...

I finally lost 5 lbs. It's only been a month trying to work it off. It felt like I was working against myself since during this time I was also on my cycle and I am notorious for gaining weight during that time. Now I have to work to keep it off and lose more. I'm not sure how much the doctor will want me to lose before he will do the surgery but I figure it will be good to lose some before hand and be in the habit that way when he says I need to lose 3 or 5 lbs or whatever it will be a cake...

I haven't been on this site for awhile but my third fill is still working. I was going to have a fourth fill on May 27 but didn't need it. I dropped in to the Seminar in Kingston on May 27 before my daughter's graduation. I had booked a fill for that day but discussed it with Nancy, my fill nurse, and we both decided to leave well enough alone since everything was working the way it was supposed to. I lost another 1 1/2 pounds this morning. I have lost 34 pounds so far but am very happy with that....

so as you may know i have gone back and forth on this whole thing. my Dr said that the insurance wouldn't cover it. people at work says it covered theirs, Dr take over 4 weeks to fax a paper and still hasn't done it, then says i need a sleep study. she schedules me a sleep study for 2 months away. i wait a few weeks and move it closer. i was really thrilled but then i thought, "this is stupid why am i going on that quacks opinion when their are people at work who has had it paid for????"...

i had my band done in bruno with cosmetic bliss was picked up from air port taken to hotel then taken to clinic next day for pre op tests everyone spoke englash to me which really helps surgery came and went and i was taken back to the aiport my stay in bruno was good and i would recommend going there for surgery i did since then iv lossed 32lbs had surgery in may .clinic is verry new clean and verry safe
