ok guys, this is day 2 of the pre op diet, so far not so bad. i decided to focus on other things besides food. i'm hoping i can get off at least 7 lbs before my surgery on 6/26. i'm so determined to stay on the right track, but it is so hard..... will post later to let everyone know how i'm sticking with the plan....

Ok, my life is now full of firsts. This is my first blog ever, this is the first time I have ever even considered surgery for my weight, this is the first time I feel like I have hope in years.
