I had my third fill May 6th and I had immediate results with restriction. Yeah! I feel so in control of my eating. I have 6.5 cc in a 10 cc midband. I also had dental surgery which has limited my chewing. I am paying close attention to my drinking and it makes a big difference. I try not to drink for about an hour before and an hour after. I could probably do better than that but it is hard to get my liquids in. I have lost 25 pounds so far but I feel so much more comfortable at 213 than at 238...
