I am trying to post daily on this great journey to the ideal BMI. I am on my 4 night stretch in the ER so it has been difficult to keep the days until clear. The diet went better the last 24 hours. I think I figured out the difficulty with the diet and my work schedule. The plan they have is for one who sleeps at night and works days. yesterday i posted my dilemma about my husbands friends birthday party on saturday. Today is my 8-month anniversary, and I can't believe it. I am down to 214 (but I DID see 213 yesterday!). I bought a size 16 this morning, and it fits! Yesterday, I had an amazing NSV.
