You know, it's been a wonderful day.

Last week I found out from one of the "higher ups" that they were dropping all allegations against me at work! Thank God for witnesses!!

While I am truly grateful for my job, I am still a bit pissed off that it went this far. One more meeting on Thursday and it should officially be over. Seventeen years, with 13 of it being at the same position and they treated me like dog doo.

I am having second thoughts. I don't think I can do this. I don't think I can or want to give up food. I am already failing on the pre-op diet...I can't go all day without eating...the protein shakes aren't enough to help me make it without food.

I think I need to cancel my surgery for June 4th. I think if I have the band put in I will still fail.

I don't know what to do.

Ug. I first should preface this by saying I LOVE my mom. But I'm so annoyed every once in awhile.

My mom has an unknown neurological condition that has affected her ability to walk, her moods, and various other things. I am one of her primary caretakers, so I spend a lot of time taking her places, cooking for her and my dad, cleaning their house and what not.

I have been very discouraged lately. Second guessing my decision to get the band and wondering if perhaps I should have gotten the bypass.
The scale has not moved down since April 11(not counting the times it has gone up then down, back to the 4/11 weight). I had a fill on May 2, 1 1/2cc in a 4cc band. I have been working out with a trainer and doing the cardio. I have no soft stops, hard stops, BPs, anything. I "could" eat anything I want but manage to eat well most of the time....

Finally, I got a call confirming the all my records were faxed over. It only took 2 weeks. I am so excited about my first visit next Tuesday. Hopefully things will start falling into place. Still working on upping my protein and not snacking between meals which is something I have to get used to. Hopefully I have made some good habits before I get the band that will stick.
