I got approved for LAP-BAND^® yesterday so now i am waiting impatiently for the center to call with my pre-op screening date and my date for getting banded. i am so excited to finally be on the road to losing weight and getting healthy. ive been stuck at 42 lbs lost for a few weeks so i need to get on the ball and start exercising again

I want to let everyone know about a surgeon in las Vegas--Dr. Teng, who is caring and knowledgeable. He was trained at Cedars in Los Angeles. I am having my surgery done in 1 week and very excited. His staff is wonderful. They are worth every penny.

Well yesterday was a beautiful day in Massachusetts. It has not been sunny and that nice for a long time. Would not you know it my Boyfriend/ fiancé begged me to go to the beach with him and his friends that were a couple. I reminded him that I was a big girl and big girl don’t go to beaches even if it’s just to relax. I slept so much better last night! I think what helped is I stayed up later... I went to bed around midnight after staying up to watch wrestling... I know I'm wierd LOL...
I had a little burp this morning that woke me up, but nothing with the up chuck... I have to get rid of this cough... I caught a friends cold a few weeks ago and this caugh is trying to take up residence in my body and I'm just not having it LOL....
