Did my band slip?

Posted 04-29-2008 at 06:15 AM by LNich
I had my fourth fill last Thursday, April 24. I did liquids Thursday & Friday. Saturday I tried eating soft solids, got sick. Got sick several times on Sunday. Now, I feel like I have constant heartburn, and can't hardly eat or drink anything without getting sick. It was a little like this after my third fill, but it got better after a week or so. This time is worse. I haven't called my doctor yet. I was hoping that it would get better. Anybody else experience this?

Surgery Follow up Visit today!!! DOWN 14LB!!

Posted 04-28-2008 at 05:13 PM by JerseyGirl2u
Went to see the surgeon today, first actual post-op visit. It went pretty quick. He sniped some of the Sutures that didn't dissolve and we went over a few of my concerns. One was that I have bad chills at night. I don't have a fever, so I don't know where they are coming from. He advised me to see my cardiologist, maybe I need to have my meds reduced because of the weight loss. I also needed to know when can I start walking on my treadmills again, and he said immediately.. Just no INCLINE!!!...

Lunch
1 bag of cashews - 1/2 container of yogurt (yes I know, eating on the run)

Dinner

salad - 1 cup

Exercise - 10 am - 15 min on Elliptical

Goals

Posted 04-28-2008 at 02:01 PM by ajoneen
I've been thinking alot about goals lately. I'm not a goal driven person, I do tasks. I see something that needs doing and do it. I'm more of an intuitive person, it either feels right so I do it or wrong and I stay away. I don't know what it is about writing out goals but I just seem to stall out. I look forward and see some things I would like different but can't seem to set a plan for it. Maybe that is the thing that needs to be different with the band. Goals.
So why can't I set a few

Be Careful

If anyone is going through or using Betancourt Medical beware as the man saying he is Dr. Bentancourt is not a real doctor. He is using a fake name and he is not even Andres Bentancourt.
