Its my last weekend to eat whatever i please...Then i have to start the pre op diet on monday. I am feeling good about the protein drink...it was actually good and made me feel really really full. I got a tattoo last night and that was fun. Ill be posting my tattoo in my picture album. If anyone reads this how do you post the TICKER?i want one on my page but im so confused on where to put it so it shows up. Blah im only 20 and i feel like im getting old cuz im asking technology questions...

well this is the first time im on here. I am so excited about my surgery on May 13th. I am scared to. Maybe i should say nervous. I have finally told my family and friends that I am having the lap band surgery. My mom thinks im crazy and my fiancee, says he is supporting me but he wishes I would not have the surgery. I know that I have to do this for me. Does any work on the road or is in sales and is constantly on the road. If you are and you have been banded what do you do about eating? Do you...

I had my band on Monday, April 21st. The first 3 days after surgery I hurt really bad, but today I feel great. I still have some gas pains, but all in all I feel great. Today I started on full liquids and on Tuesday I start on soft food. This is just the beginning.

1 1/2 weeks Post -Op and I'm feeling wonderful!!! Neck pain, shoulder pain is almost completely gone!! I picked off 4 out of the 5 incisions tapes I had on my stomach.. I'm too afraid to peal off the biggest bandage. But over all, I'm very happy. I know the weight loss will be slow, and I'm trying not to weigh myself everyday, but it does feel good to look down, and another pound.. gone! I'm still on liquids, even though my Dr. told me I can go on mushies.... I guess I enjoy my current menu... Sounds...

I just wanted to blog a little about how gradeful I am for the friends I have made on this website. MI and Poo are my rocks, and everyone else, for the most part, has been so awesome. I really love being around such wonderful people.
