Instead of responding to the whiny post I just read, I'm just going to post to my blog. There are way too many sensitive people on this board that secretly wanted this band as a 'magic pill' and now they are whining because they aren't losing weight, or losing it fast enough because they are NOT dieting or exercising!

I just wish, so bad, I could be on my two weeks before my surgery! I would jump HEAD FIRST into my pre-op diet, for HEALTH REASONS more than anything! I personally am...

On May 1st my insurance kicks back in after a short lapse because of job switching. It has felt like eternity.

Good bye to the 180's, and this time, it is forever! You are not coming back into my life EVER again! I weighed this morning and dropped out of the 180's and into the 170's. I've been here before, and gained back up to the 180's but this time, never again!

It felt soooo good to see the 179 this morning, I'm so happy to be back into the 170's. I'm hoping to get back into the 160's soon! Exercise my friends is the key! I'm convinced more than ever.

My first fill is scheduled for May 22. I'm told although my body has healed on the outside, my inside is still healing and scar tissue forming around my band. I've lost 25 pounds since my pre-diet. 15 of those post-band and through the liquid-hell phase. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled about my weight loss, but I'm living in band hell now.
