Still in a holding pattern

Nothing at work is resolved yet.

My Union Rep says not to worry and he thinks it will all be dropped or at the very worse we’ll win at appeal….hopefully it won’t come to that.

I can’t wait until this is all behind me and I can finally schedule my surgery consult.

And I HATE all of my frigging depressing blogs !!! ARRGH!

Scars

I have some stupid big scars. I don't know if this is just me or Dr's handy work. One is 2 3/4", two are 1" and three are 1/2".
Is that normal?
I've been thinking about taking up yoga. Nice gentle body work. Only thing is last time I tried my hands got so sweaty I slipped and almost broke my nose.
Or maybe a personal trainer.
I have an appointment with the Dr next week and maybe get a fill if the Dr thinks I'm really trying. I think it is interesting that...

Didn't think I had any problems but......

I had my upper GI series done today and was told I had reflux. I don't normally have any heartburn or other problems associated with reflux and also had the ekg done. It indicated some type of issue. Has anyone else thought you were fine and after you went for your testing found out you had problems. Do these issues prevent you from having the surgery?

Adkins Shake

My favorite Atkins Advantage shake is the Creamy Vanilla Shake.
That's my lunch today. It's 160 calories 1g sugar and 15 g protein.
Hope I can get it all in :)

Crazy weekend, busy weekend and did not that great at eating. I had a tea party on Saturday, and ate all the bad stuff.

No exercise at the gym, but was quite active all weekend.

Today's menu

bfast - weight wise oatmeal with 1/3 of a banana chopped up in it

Lunch
1 cup of tossed salad

snack
4 pretzles

dinner -

Exercise - 10:00 am - 15 min on elliptical

3:00pm - 15 min on elliptical...
