I went for my shin check up with the dermatologist today. She took off a "suspicious" bit of skin(and is sending it to the lab) and gave me a scrip for some cream to put on two other spots. Then she cut off one of my finger nails to send to the lab for a culture. What is up with that?
Back story is that I lost my daughter-in-law 5 years ago to Melanoma and my husband has been battling with skin cancers for about 10 years.
I don't need this now. I'm trying to focus on this...

Well, I went in today and had my 3rd fill. I was at 2 and he put in .6 or maybe .4, I can't really remember. It didn't hurt as bad - he didn't have to press down as hard to reach my port. He says he can tell I am losing weight! WooHOO!

I went for my post-op doctor's appointment today. Went great! I can move on to mushies, foods of more substance per Dr. B. I am down 20 pounds and am thrilled! The 20 pounds is from my first assessment appointment exactly one month ago. I finally feel really good. I am going to start my exercise regimine tomorrow.
