i dont know what to do to get the weight loss coming off again... i have lost 65 lbs since july 07.. had lost 70 but put 5 back on in the last month... no loss in over a month... i hadc a fill over a month ago and lost 10 lbs within a week and then out of nowhere the weight starting creeping up again and then after a couple weeks i noticed that i couldnt eat anything until about 1 or 2 pm that didnt feel like a big lump in my throat.. i would actually spit that few mouthfulls in the trash as it...

Well, I went for my 5th adj. today. The Dr. was not there so his nurse did my adjustment. I was a little nervous at first but she did a good job. Seemed to take her a little longer to hit the port and that was a little painful. I asked about the size of my band and they didn't seem to want to go into those details. The nurse said that they like to go on how the patient feels and reacts to the adjustments and not how much fluid they have put into my band. I didn't push it. I was so dissappointed...

Today I am down to 230. I went in yesterday to get a fill. He have me .3ml so I am now up to 2.4ml total. I'm hoping that he didn't overfill me. I can drink liquids, but only a couple of bites of actual food. Not that I'm complaining. I really don't care how much I can eat. As long as I'm eating a bit and am losing weight, all is good!

I am officially down 60 pounds today. I have 50 to go to get to my goal weight. I am firmly in size 20s, and in a few 18s as well. MOST...

Maybe I shouldn't be getting the band. I have a surgery date of March 20, 2008. My information was sent to the insurance company on Dec. 5, 2007. After a month of reviewing they said I need two more clearances - cardiac and pulmonary. Ok, that makes sense. I get those. My last appointment was on Feb 13, 2008. On Feb 22, 2008 I call the surgeon to make sure they have everything, and its a good thing I did because they don't have the pulomonology clearance. I call the pulmonologist - my clearance...

One month down for my 6 month supervised diet. It is very exciting to get closer to approval. I say approval because I know it will happen. You have to be positive. Well for my first month it was kind of crazy. I went back and forth for what I was supposed to do since I was getting info from different people.
