Oh the gall!

Last Tuesday, (Feb.26th) I started with intense pain between my breastbone, and on my right side. The pain was also radiating out my back between my shoulder blades. I had intense nausea, vomiting and gas pain. It was terrible. I threw up until my esophagus swelled shut. The doctor is most sure I had a stone stuck in the duct of my gall bladder. Further testing revealed that it is not functioning (dumping) the way that it should be. My doctor unfilled me all the way. I am now on a low fat, liquid...

Tomorrows the day

I got my surgery time 10:00. My stomach is all gurglely from the liquid diet.
I'm going to go have a glass of white wine(clear liquid) and listen to the relaxation cd from the complementary medicine program.

Last week was a very bad week for posting. Very sick last week. Only missed 2 workouts though. Tuesday nights leg workout and Wednesday mornings cardio. Oh well.

I'll start anew from todays workout. Working the 1015-1815 shift, so I got both cardio and upper body in this morning. Week 3 of my 2nd cycle of this big cycle.

Upper Body:
Rev grip lat: 130 x 11
Incl bench: 145 x 11
Cable crossovers: 60 x 11
DB curls: 30 x 11
Skull crusher:...

Well, it is amazing how this band really works. I am down 9lbs. I am hoping to keep loosing 1-2 lbs a week until my fill. I feel some restriction (I think). I get full faster and I stay full longer - but I can eat about 1+ cups at a time. I am counting calories and trying to stay between 900 - 1100 a day. I am eating a lot of dairy and keeping my Protein at least 60 Grams a day.

I feel great. I have my 2 week follow up with Dr. Spiegel on Monday the 10th, he said we would talk

Dear Plumpy Pad,

So there are several people on here that have lost 100 lbs. in 6 months time with restricted calories and activity... Which means by the end of August I could be down to 215!! That is one of my many goals, and it is actually obtainable!

I have decided to try to curb my scale addiction by having my hubby hide it for a few weeks... I will not weigh in again until March 15th, until then I will just continue my exercise and food intake. I can't wait to see...
