Since my surgery and last fill I have definitely experienced a lot of restriction. Salmon the other night I thought was going to kill me. Today almost everything I ate bothered me. I'm pretty sure I'm a little too tight. I'm hoping though that my stomach is just irritated and from the salmon and more sensitive. I'm going to do just liquids and soft foods tomorrow. I have a post-op appt. on the 25th. If things aren't better by then I'll have him take some fluid out....

next week is going to be crazy... taxes tomorrow and dad to mankato. Work is really busy (good thing). Easter this weekend. I am want to stay focused and on track.... OUt look is good

Today is the 1st day after my 1st fill. Yesterday I had some pain and discomfort but today I feel much better, and I just eat some oatmeal and so far so good. To day will be mush food and we'll see how tomorrow goes.. God Bless Every One.

The day started with a better night of rest. I am feeling much better today and my color has returned. I have not noticed any hunger pains thus far. I have lost five pounds since being home, much of which I believe was or is the IV water just passing through. OK, time for a fruit (100%) fruit juice Popsicle. Hmmmmm!

I went down to Branson yesterday with Kelli and her kids to go.....swimming! Horrors!! I can not believe I put on a suit. Oh well it gives Kelli an idea of my start point. Cool thing was while we were at the condo Kelli was showing me around and there was a photo of Rosie and Kate at Kelli's brothers wedding. I am amazed at how large Rosie was! It makes me feel so much better about this decision I have made. I was thinking to myself if all I am going to lose is 50 or 75 lbs I can do that...
