This has nothing to do with my band, I just need to get it out...
I have a Chihuahua that I love. The hubby and I decide to start looking for a brother or sister for her. He knows someone giving away a Chihuahua at the end of march. In conversation with Mom, I mention the free dog and how we are excited to get her. Last night, she says "dad wants the dog." HUH? So today, I call Mom and she says Dad is excited about the dog. Dear Plumpy Pad,

The scale really went down today! I went from 311.2 yesterday to 309.6 today! Since I started tracking my weight again last Sunday I have lost 5.4lbs!! That's in 4 days time! I know this is just the initial loss of water and gluetin before things regulate and I lose fat deposits on a slower schedule, but still... SO EXCITING!

I am going to STICK WITH IT this time!! I have to, if I don't I am going to die well before my time. Plus I hear it's much easier...

It's almost been a year and I've been trying for the last four months to get an appointment for an adjustment. My last adjustment didnt' take at all... big bummer.
Finally I was able to get an appointment, but not for another month.... I'm not gaining, but not losing... stuck around 226 and 230 and it really SUCKS!
The one good thing is my new romance... well at least so far so good LOL

I Went To The Support Group Last Night And I Think It Is Really Going To Make All The Differnce In The World. Everyone Was Really Nice. We Were All Reallly Looking For Something To Dig Our Teach Into. Even The People That Are 10 Months Post Op Were Just Like Me. They Were Doing It But Blindly. Things Seem To Work Out When They Are Really Needed. And In My Case It Was Really Needed. I Didn't Think It Would Make A Lot Of Difference. But Boy Was I Wrong. I Went In With Bad Attitude And Came...
