Well, here I am 15 pounds lighter and still wondering if I did the right thing by getting this band. I am afraid that I will never be able to enjoy food the way I once did. I know it is just a part of letting go of my binge eating habits. The habits have such a hold on me that It is hard for me to see the positive.
