Trying to get up the Nerve

:D Here I am thinking again about LAP-BAND® and trying to get up enough nerve to go to the meeting at Middlesex Hospital on February 5th. Is it worth the health risk? How will Rod react when I am not having dinner with him and enjoying eating out? That forms a large part of our enjoyment.

:) I really do want to lose lots of weight so I can enjoy walking, sleeping, gardening again. I have become such a couch potato in the last two years. I hate that I don't sleep well at night and stay
