I was with a group of bariatric coordinators and surgeons recently as part of their ongoing commitment to share best practices with the bariatric healthcare community. It was a great opportunity to hear what’s going on in practices across the country and what tools and resources are needed for LAP-BAND® System patients.

Differences between the Realize Band and LAP-BAND System

I've been reading many posts lately from members wondering about the differences between the Realize Band and LAP-BAND® System.

My first suggestion to these members is to contact their surgeon and ask them to explain their level of experience with each band and what the differences are for the bands.
