I eat protein with every meal, but may I need just a little more to kick in into place. Noramlly, I have a protein bar with 20 grams of protein in the morning or eggs. Lunch I normally have a salad with chicken or salmon in it and dinner is about the same chicken or fish with veg or salad... I have gone weeks without losing anything.
