re: "1. How long does it take to "feel" your fill?"

I never directly feel my fills. I feel the effect of increased restriction. Restriction slows the passage of what I eat from the pouch to the larger stomach.

re: "2. What does restriction feel like? Will it be a true full sensation or just no longer a ravenous hunger?"

You are making a basic error in focusing on the sensation of "full" from eating. Striving to become "full" is what made us Morbidly Obese in the first place. It is an impossible sensation to maintain for very long, and we think "being full" is the same as "being NOT hungry".

Normos eat when hungry; then stop when not hungry. We Morbidly Obese eat under various delusions, including fullness, there's some left; I'm bored; I'm upset; I'm angry; I'm sad; I'm lonely...etc.

Hunger that is unresponsive to eating is not physical hunger. We must learn to identify the difference.

"FULL" does NOT equal "not hungry".
"Hungry" does NOT equal "not full".

These are 2 very different issues. Forget whatever you believe about 'feeling full' as it will cause you further trouble in your journey.

"SATIETY" is what we must learn to recognize. That means learning what "NOT hungry" really is.

It may happen with only 1 or 2 bites. The rest is habit or obsessive/compulsive eating.

See how little it really takes to erase that sensation of 'hunger'. You will be surprised. When it happens, STOP EATING.

re: 3. How often can you get a fill?
That's up to your surgeon. It is highly variable depending on clinical findings.
