How much biotin are you taking each day? I am thinking I might want to start now when I am not having a problem.

Made it to goal in 5 months...now need to get my diabetes under control!

Got my diabetes under control Last few days my morning BS was 125, 117, 125 down from 300 a few weeks ago!!! YEAH!!! Surgery was a SUCCESS!!!
