First, 22 lbs is a super good start. Second, not only is it normal to be tighter in the mornings, but most of us are. Third, I'm gonna be a little preachy and say "Don't eat 2 pieces of pizza Megan!! Eat some protein first, wait a little, and then maybe treat yourself to just a few bites of pizza". You'll be more successful if you mostly eat the good stuff. You can do it! |
