I am only in my 3rd week with the band but I too realize that I am not constantly fixated on food anymore. Today the office had a birthday celebration with all the wrong things for me, I was able to eat some of my mushies right along with everyone else and not feel like I was missing out on anything. I am so thankful for LAP-BAND®. I wish I would have done it years ago.
