My Appts and test went like this:

seminar
Appt with PCP for clearance letter
1st appt with Surgeon
Sleep study Consult
Sleep study (diagnosed with sleep apnea)
Psych Evaluation
appt with Nutritionist
paperwork sent off to INS.
Approval in about a week
Pre-op testing May 16 includes:
ekg excercise eval.
blood work Nutritionist for post-op requirements
upper GI
2nd Surgeons Appt May 21
SURGERY DAY MAY 28TH
