which exercise program?

Has anyone done tai chi or forza after LAP-BAND®? Pilates? yoga? What are some good exercise programs to start with? What about later? When can you start aerobic types? How soon after surgery can you start anything other than walking, which I plan to do tons of. Water aerobics? Spinning? Just wondering where to start after leading a sedentary life with fibro.
