i am so incredibly excited to see so many of you going for plastics... it truly has been life changing for me (yes, already)... even though i am SWOLLEN to no end (waist is still at least 4-6 inches larger than before surgery), i fit in a size 16 jeans ... when was the last time that happened??? before high school..

little tip i know i've posted before but cannot stress enough - get those quads / thighs in shape ... do so many squats you think you're going to hurl... that was my saving grace getting up and down (specially the bathroom!!)
