OMG! i hate that stuff. makes me all shakey and cranky. yuck. maybe it will work for you. i dont like that it made my brain too busy, like i was thinking too much and all intense..... i cant take it at work. cant concentrate. in my field you HAVE to be 100 percent. so i say no.
