You can try counting your calories at thedailyplate, or spark people.
I had the same problem. I just cut the calories in half for what they
said they were. You could even cut it into thirds or fourths.

There is a good book you can order from Amazon. It's called the Complete book of Food Counts. It tells calories, fat grams carb grams,
and fiber grams. It has every possible food, frozen foods, fast foods, etc.
